Im not really sure how the number work or what they mean does anyone have any insite. My beta was 756 and 2nd beta 3 days later was 2423.
I did a hpt 11days after transfer and got a negative result.
13 days after embryo transfer hpt negative. Post 13 days Embryo transfer no spotting hpt negative on 11 post embryo transfer. Very nervousno spotting during this cycle my first and hopefully the only one if im lucky but i got a hpt negative on post 11 days embryo transfer. Today i went to get my blood work dont know the results yet.

My hospital test at 14 days post egg collection 11 days post 3 day transfer and 9 days post 5 day transfer I tested 12 days afetr egg collection and got a definite bfn then at 13 days past it was a v v v faint line then 14 days past OTD a darker line. My clinic says to wait until day 12 and test inthe morning. Ive read so many blogs that are just so random. Some people have false positives and some false negative.
I guess the only real accurate is a blood test. Waiting an extra two days is killing me though. If you did blastocyst transfer then five days after transfer your serum hCG levels will typically be between 0 and 50.
Probably too low for reliable detection by the HPT. If you did cleavage stage transfer day 3 the most common type to transfer then five days after transfer your serum hCG will be between 0 and 0. The HCG shot you have to take for a fresh embryo transfer can sometimes give a false positive if the HPT is taken to early I think you have to wait 14 days for it to get out of your system but I am not positive.

The time interval between the blood test is important. The beta hCG quantitative blood test is ordered 9-13 days after your embryo transfer depending on the developmental stage of the embryo when it was transferred. For blastocysts day 5-6 embryos its recommended to take the pregnancy test 9 days after embryo transfer.
If its any consolation my clinic tells everyone to test on day 15 after transfer. I had a 5 day transfer and still have to wait 15 days so heres hoping it changes for you. Yes the cheapie tests are notoriously bad for giving false negatives so I wouldnt lose hope just yet if you are not bleeding.

If your period is still missing my recommendation is that you repeat the test after a few days to confirm whether you are indeed pregnant or not. Waiting to take a pregnancy test can be a difficult and anxious time but it is important to wait and only test when we tell you to which is usually around two weeks after your embryo transfer. This is because if you test too soon your hCG level may be too low to detect leading to an inaccurate result and unnecessary stress and worry.
On the flip side if doing a home pregnancy test too early the natural pregnancy hormone levels may not yet be high enough to register on the test leaving a negative result. Anyone had a negative test on day 17 from eggs being removed fertilised - ie 12 days after 5 day transfer. Last 2 ivf failed but I had my period on day 11. This time no bleeding so was very excited and hopeful till I tested.
