Cramping is normal as embryos implant but it could also just be your usual pre cycle pain. Sorry you wont know till you test. I can tell you one thing though.
If you had a 5 day transfer and you are now 10 days post ovulation 5 days post transfer you can reliably test using a quality home pregnancy test in 2 days time. We got 5 embryos but one was abnormal so we had to discard. We were called in to have a Day 3 transfer because one of the other embryos was only 2 cells by Day 2 but when we got there on transfer day that embryo had become a 6 cell and was fine so in the end we could have done a Day 5.
