I had sharp cramping on day 2 and 3 after the transfer and since then have had cramping on and off but not nearly as strong. To Today I took my last HCG injection so Im not sure what my bodys feeling.

This round seemed to be going so wellI produced 30 eggs 13 of which fertilized.

Cramping is normal as embryos implant but it could also just be your usual pre cycle pain. Sorry you wont know till you test. I can tell you one thing though.
