Wondering whether anyone had success stories of falling naturally when low count and mobility. Low AMH and high FSH fertility success story.
I have a 7 month old baby boy I had very low AMH too so much that the fertility dr we went to said we would not qualify for IVF unless we used an egg donor.

I turned 40 recently and I am starting an IVF cycle. Yesterday I got the news from my doctor that my FSH is in the normal range but my AMH is 003 so almost non-existant. It wasnt even that hard to make the changes I just kept focussing on what it could help achieve pregnancy.
I am now happy to say that I am pregnant and it happened naturally. Weve received the results from my NIPT test Non Invasive Pregnancy Test and the genetic test results revealed that everything is normal. My husband and I are thrilled.

I was 38 and devastated the doctor told me over a phone and said you will not get pregnant. I always knew in my heart that I didnt believe him. I was upset I even got the test.
I read a lot about it and I found it hard to. Supplements wise i just took pregnacare and Coq10. Coq10 is for egg quality.
It most definitely can happen with a low amh the number of eggs you get will never be high but the quality of the eggs is age related so you should be fine on that front. The first cycle is often a very expensive learing tool. You can still get pregnant naturally with a critically low AMH – its just a much lower chance of it.
I agree with going to IVF right away ratehr than trying IUIs. MENTS I have had one natural BFP ended in a mc but my first IVF transfer was successful and resulted in. After two years of trying to conceive with only a couple chemical pregnancies and a blighted ovum miscarriage to show for it I was depressed anxious and worried I would never get pregnant.
With an FSH of 34 low AMH endometriosis and a tiny follicle count Shady Grove fertility center wasnt even going to let me try IVF. I was told I had very low amh 144 at 29 after a year of trying to conceive naturally unsuccessfully. We did go for IVF and Im now 15 weeks pregnant after our third round.
Im sure the clinic made a difference though - we used Care in Nottingham for the successful round who were fantastic and far better clinics than the first two one NHS one private. I read a lot of success stories and cant understand why some clinics will veer women towards donor eggs. I do wish some establishment could help clear up this AMH mystery by testing older women who fall pregnant naturally to see just how many are conceiving with unbeknown to them undetectable levels.

We tried Intrauterine insemination IUI a couple of times but this wasnt successful. Neil booked us in for Lipiodol to help improve my chance for pregnancy. After that we looked at IVF.
We went on the short cycle antagonistic cycle and were prepared that we may only get 2-3 eggs. I have low AMH and had a bfn first cycle when my AMH was actually normal then a BFP second cycle son is now 2 and then a BFP on my third cycle with twins from my two embies.
