Still not feeling anything except for a bit of a stomach bloat which I think might still be the side effect from egg collection. I had the same and its most likely implantation cramps.

I think its something to do with the pessaries you have to take. I wouldnt use a hot water bottle though. This time round Im on day 8 of embryo transfer and once again have period pains and today starting with light spotting.
I know its not game over yet but I cant help but give up hope. This was our third and final attempt of ICSI and deep down really thought it would work especially because I had 3 good embryos put back. Around 8 days after my transfer I started to get mild cramps similar to period pains but not as full on.
I did wake up sweating the first night never had any spotting. Since then the cramping has been on and off lasting only a few minutes each time. I have read that this is normal and that its your uterus contracting etc.
I had the same and its most likely implantation cramps. Cramping is a positive sign at this stage. I couldnt move off the couch with cramps and I think I was around the same day as you also had a little brown blood.

I had really bad pains day 78 after ET. Bled a bit on day 9. Its really hard to say what is going on because the pessaries can also bring on the affects of AF.
