If you used different brands the test line could be lighter because of the sensitivity of the test. It could be that youre using less sensitive tests so the line doesnt come up as dark. At very early stages you do see the test line getting darker but father into the pregnancy these tests are not very informative IMO. So sorry you have to wait another week for your us. But at 5 weeks us is not very informative since you will not see a hb.
